d. Airport Engineering Services Request for Qualifications (RFQ)- Special review
committee recommends that we retain Stantec Consulting Services Inc. as the Airport
Engineer. Discussion and possible action to authorize the Airport Director to enter into
negotiations for a general services agreement with Stantec Consulting Services Inc.
