NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Members of the Board (Board) of the Mohave County Airport Authority, Inc. (MCAA) and to the general public that the MCAA Board will hold a meeting on the date, time, and location as indicated above.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board may go into executive session at one or more times during the meeting as needed to confer with MCAA’s attorney for legal advice regarding any of the items listed on the agenda as authorized by A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3).
