Pursuant to §A.R.S. Section 38-431.03, notice is hereby given to the members of the MOHAVE
COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY, INC., BOARD OF DIRECTORS, and to the general public, that the
MOHAVE COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY, INC., BOARD OF DIRECTORS will hold an Executive
Session at 8:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at the Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce, 1251
Hwy. 95, Bullhead City, AZ.
