At Laughlin-Bullhead International Airport, we are dedicated to enhancing connectivity for our community through scheduled air service. We recognize that reliable airline service fosters economic growth, job creation, and new development.

Airlines are independent entities that determine their routes and fares based on passenger demand and profitability. Our airport competes not just with Las Vegas but with all similarly-sized markets across North America to attract airline service. This requires thorough research to demonstrate the viability of serving Laughlin and Bullhead City.

Currently, without scheduled airline service, our passengers rely on other airports. We conduct studies using ticket data to assess market size and identify potential new routes. Engaging with airline leadership annually is crucial, as establishing air service can take years of relationship-building and research.

To incentivize airlines, we collaborate with local businesses and attractions to create funding solutions that mitigate airline risks. This includes airport fee waivers, marketing support, and revenue guarantees to encourage airlines to introduce new routes.

With over 375 airports in the U.S. offering similar incentives, our goal is to secure sustainable flights that meet community needs. As the landscape of air service evolves, we continuously update our research and community incentives to establish long-term successful airline operations.

The Airport Center on Highway 95 is an ideal location for commercial development and growth.
